As all our products are handcrafted, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof at [your email/contact details].
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide a store credit for your next purchase.
We accept exchanges only for damaged or wrong items received.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
Items damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.
